Adult Education : The Adult Education and literacy Centre was setup on 7th September 2002 in the college premises. The students have been drawn from the non-teaching employees of the South City College desiring to be literate in English. Currently the Centre has 15 such students and classes are to be held twice a week. The classes are to be taken by 4 students volunteers of our college working under the supervision of two professor of our college.

Common Room & Sports : Reorganizing and renovating the students common room for students in-door games and other activities. The college provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students of the college. The college has a small playground where the students practice football and cricket. The students common room has Table Tennis board , Carom board Chess for the boys. Basketball nets are provided in the playground and Badminton is practiced during the night hours in the playground which is also used as a badminton court whenever time permits. In addition, students pratice swimming and rowing in the nearby Dhakuria Lakes and even practice football and cricket in the nearby public playgorunds, like Vivekananda Park etc. There are various tie-ups with various colleges, universities and ports clubs for different games. Expert coaches are invited for various games to guide the students. Health Services : Health Services are provided by the St. John's Ambulance, (Prafulla Chandra College Ambulance Division) which has a health centre of its own in the college premises providing first-aid to the students, teachers and non-teaching staff of the college. This ambulance division has doctors and staff maintaining a first-aid kit and also holds first-aid training camps for students and medical camps for staff and students as well as blood donation camps and other health awareness programmes.

Garden : The backyard, having a small playground, is surrounded by valuable fruit trees like magoes, jackfruits, guava etc. The garden staff maintain the garden, lawn and take care to keep these clean.

Rector's Room & Campus Hall : The Rector's Room (Picture 1) for Seminers, Guest lectures and meeting of the Governing Body. Rector's room being renovated to be used as a conference room.
Campus Hall (Picture 2 & 3)is for Seminers, College functions and etc.

Canteen : The canteen has been renovated with a new sitting arrangement and food items are available at nominal rates for the staff and students.
